AlphaPort allows users to configure the system to direct specific tasks to designated printers. To set up each printer, navigate to the Settings section. From there, you can link the selected printer to a specific department or activity, ensuring that each print job is routed correctly. This automation not only saves time but also enhances the overall customer experience by ensuring timely responses and actions.

Printing Price Labels

To print price labels, users simply register the desired products and quantities in the Print section. The system automatically generates a label with a unique barcode that matches the product code, preparing it for printing. This feature simplifies accurate and efficient product labeling.

Printing Stand Labels with Specifications

For stand labels that include product specifications, users select the products from the Specifications section and proceed to the Print section. The system automatically generates four A6 labels on one A4 sheet, including barcodes and price information. This ensures that product details are clearly and professionally presented, enhancing customer interaction.
